By accessing and using LeadNixo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
LeadNixo provides digital services including but not limited to web development, app development, SEO, digital marketing, data marketing, and lead generation services. All services are performed by our in-house team of professionals.
Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. LeadNixo retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For project-based work, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. For ongoing services, payments are due monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. LeadNixo will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent.
LeadNixo's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
